As you know, we have been closed for our holiday and will re-open on 1 March. Orders which have been placed during this holiday period will be processed in order of purchase date and dispatched in March as advised on my home page and at the top of each order. Please allow 7 working days for dispatch while I catch up on the huge volume of orders placed during this time. New orders placed from 1 March onwards will also be dispatched within 7 working days, and obviously I hope to reduce this turnaround time as quickly as possible. I will replace the Priority Dispatch and Special Delivery options as soon as it is humanly possible to do so. Please check this blog for updates. Title: 500ml sizes
Some of you may already have noticed that I've removed the 500ml sizes; this is simply to manage inventory better. With over 1,000 fragrance oils in stock, it takes at least an hour each day to readjust my stock levels after the day's sales. When it's extremely busy I don't have time to do this at all, which leaves a lot of the smaller sizes showing as "sold out" even though they are available in the larger sizes. The most popular sizes are the 50ml and 200ml sizes, with only around 5% buying the 500ml sizes, so it makes sense to remove this category and distribute the stock more sensibly. If you would like to order 500mls, just buy 2 x 200mls, and I'll send you a 500ml bottle (100mls free). Thanks for your understanding, it is appreciated.

Dear all,
I hope you've all had a wonderful Christmas with family and friends, and you're all still enjoying a well-deserved rest! I have had a few lovely days off but am back at work again, blending new oils and working on new ideas for the new year which I'm sure will be a fabulous one for all of us!
I'm sending this newsletter a few days early in order to have my monthly sale earlier - before the VAT increase comes into effect again. For those who don't know, VAT will be increasing from 15% back up to 17.5% on 1st January. I am extending the sale to two days this month to make sure everyone has time to benefit from it.
Thanks to those of you who have ordered over the Christmas period; your orders will be dispatched in order of purchase date from 4th January onwards, and my turnaround time will revert back to 3 working days.
I have been working on the FAQ page this week (Frequently Asked Questions) which will hopefully reduce the large volume of emails I receive every day, as you should be able to find the answers to all of your questions on this page. I am always happy to reply to questions and requests, as you know, but it will be so helpful to me if you look at this page first before emailing in order to save your time and mine - thank you!
