Title: New large clamshells now in stock!
New 9-cavity snap-pack plastic clamshell moulds for wax melts are now in stock and available in packs of 10, 100 and boxes of 500. These fabulous new larger-sized clamshells have been designed specially for us here in the UK and are larger than the standard 6-cavity US clamshells. Size of each cavity: 18mm x 28mm x 25mm. One whole clamshell holds approx 125 grams of wax.

Title: Closure of UK airspace affecting deliveries
International mail due to leave the UK is still affected by the closure of airspace, as a result of the Icelandic volcano. As no mail is entering or leaving the UK by air at present, delays to international mail are therefore inevitable.
The guarantee for Special Delivery™ items remains suspended as the continued closure of airspace across the UK is impacting on Royal Mail's ability to transport mail between the more remote parts of the UK.
Deliveries and collections continue to be unaffected and will continue to take place as normal across the UK.

Title: 500ml sizes
Some of you may already have noticed that I've removed the 500ml sizes; this is simply to manage inventory better. With over 1,000 fragrance oils in stock, it takes at least an hour each day to readjust my stock levels after the day's sales. When it's extremely busy I don't have time to do this at all, which leaves a lot of the smaller sizes showing as "sold out" even though they are available in the larger sizes. The most popular sizes are the 50ml and 200ml sizes, with only around 5% buying the 500ml sizes, so it makes sense to remove this category and distribute the stock more sensibly. If you would like to order 500mls, just buy 2 x 200mls, and I'll send you a 500ml bottle (100mls free). Thanks for your understanding, it is appreciated.
