EU CUSTOMERS: We are now able to ship successfully to all EU destinations post-Brexit, with the exception of Ireland and Italy . Please be aware that you may face Customs duties and taxes when your parcel is delivered, depending on the value of your goods. Please add your EORI number to the message box on your order if you are a registered business as we need this for your export documentation.

FREEBIES: You're welcome to select free fragrance oils per order from the Freebies page; volumes vary according to the amount spent. Please read the requirements carefully. Maximum 100mls free per shipment. Random extra or alternative freebies will be added when available.
ALTERNATE DELIVERY ADDRESS: If you have any special requests, please email us before placing your order. We will post to an alternate address with pleasure, if you add the address in the Alternate Delivery Address section when placing your order. If you would like a message included with your order, if you are sending it as a gift, please leave a note in the message box. If you would like your parcel left with a neighbour, please state their house number and provide a contact name or number if possible. Deliveries must be signed for, but if this is totally impossible then you are welcome to leave alternate delivery instructions for the courier, but remember you do this at your own risk. Please be aware that you will not be able to submit a claim for loss if you have asked for your parcel to be left in a 'safe place' or on your doorstep (etc) for obvious reasons.

Our existing customers are also welcome to use this code (once only) if they have never used it before. If you use a discount code that you find on another website, please remember that all discount codes may only be used once. |PAYMENT: We accept payment via PayPal, credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. We don't accept payment by cash, cheque, or e-cheque, and we don't offer credit accounts. If your payment fails, we will send you a PayPal invoice as standard. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 3 working days. |
TURNAROUND TIME: Our dispatch time is normally 2 working days, but may be longer during busier times. Please allow 5 working days for dispatch if you order on a Sale day. We also offer Priority Dispatch services if you require same-day or next-day dispatch, or a Saturday/Sunday delivery; these options are all available at checkout. Turnaround times are updated regularly on our Blog page.
MISSING ORDERS: All orders are shipped by courier on fully insured trackable services, either by road or by air, depending on your selection at checkout. If your item has not arrived within the estimated time, please track it via the dispatch email sent by our courier or contact us if you are unable to do this yourself, or if you would prefer us to track it for you. In the event of a claim, we will either replace, credit or refund at our discretion, subject to circumstances such as stock levels and cost. We must be notified within 7 working days in order to submit a claim for missing parcels.
DAMAGED PARCELS: In the unlikely event of damage, please report this within 12 hours of delivery; preferably as soon as possible after taking delivery of the damaged goods, so that we can investigate this immediately. Photographic evidence of damage will be required for a claim.
|COMBINED ORDERS: You're always welcome to combine your orders, if they have not been processed yet. Just place another separate order and select the (free) Combined Orders shipping option at checkout and we will hold your first order back and combine it with your second order. We recommend this for saving on postage, but not if you want your order fast, as it will be delayed each time you add on to it.|
|REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS: We do not accept returns of fragrance oils, flavour oils, liquids or powders, due to the nature of these products and the fact that they can be tampered with. Please try the sample sizes of fragrance oils first so you can test them and make sure you are happy with the fragrance and performance before buying the larger sizes. We will refund or replace unused undamaged moulds and other supplies if for any reason you are not entirely happy with them. These must be posted back to us at your own expense; once received we will either refund or credit at our discretion. |
NON-DELIVERY AND RETURN OF GOODS: If your order has been returned to us as a result of non-delivery (i.e. no-one available to sign for it, or not collected at depot) then we will invoice you for the return postage cost and the courier penalty charge of £15 + VAT to receive it, plus the original shipping cost to re-send it. If returns are not claimed or additional postage has not been paid within 7 working days, the contents of your order will either be re-sold or disposed of at our discretion. Please contact us if you need to make alternative arrangements e.g. delivery to an alternate address.
VALUE ADDED TAX: Our prices are exclusive of VAT; it will be added to your purchase total at the rate of 20% on checkout. If you are outside of the UK, you do not need to pay VAT to us and this will automatically be excluded on your order total.

|ENVIRONMENT: We actively recycle all plastic, paper, packaging materials and boxes, and use recycled shredded paper. Our packaging peanuts are made from wheat starch and dissolve in water, allowing for environmentally friendly disposal after use without impacting adversely on landfill sites. We only use polystyrene void fill if it has been used by a supplier and we are re-using it. Fragrance oils will be packed in the least wasteful way e.g. if you buy 4 x 50mls of the same fragrance this will be packed in a 200ml bottle (unless otherwise requested at time of placing order). We do also encourage you to choose UK-produced fragrance oils rather than the US oils to help reduce our carbon footprint. Please recycle used plastic bottles; if you are unable to recycle in your area, you're welcome to return them to us for recycling. All of the packaging materials that we buy are now fully biodegradable or recyclable. Please bear with us while we use up existing stocks of bubblewrap etc, and we will also continue to re-use packaging sent to us by suppliers. The outer plastic packaging we use for our courier (DPD) is also 100% recyclable, as are our bottles, and our void fill is fully biodegradable. |
