Paid UK Express Orders:
UK express orders received and paid before 11am Monday - Thursday will be dispatched same day for next-business-day delivery. UK express orders received and paid after the cut off (11am Monday-Thusday) will be dispatched on the next business day. UK express orders received and paid on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.
UK Economy Orders
Paid UK Economy orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. All delivery/dispatch times stated do not include weekends or public holidays, and are subject to collection and delivery by the courier.
For UK mainland delivery, we ship exclusively by courier. Our UK Economy rate is £6.99 (£8.38 including VAT) and our UK Express rate is £8.99 (£10.79 including VAT). Both rates cover parcels weighing up to 25kg. Customers in central London may be charged a small congestion fee of 50p by the courier.
Please note that the UK mainland courier rates do not cover BFPOs, N. Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, or Channel Islands. The courier rate to these destinations is £13.09 (£15.71 including VAT), and delivery to these destinations may take additional time. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Please allow up to two (2) business days for UK mainland delivery when choosing our UK Express Delivery option and up to three (3) business days when choosing UK Economy Delivery. All delivery times quoted are subject to collection by our courier.
We are happy to ship within Mainland Europe and strive to keep shipping fast and affordable. For parcels being shipped within the EU, please allow up to ten (10) business days (excluding holidays) for delivery. Parcels to Norway & Switzerland may take longer due to customs regulations in those countries. Gracefruit Ltd is not liable for any duties, taxes or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders are shipped daily, Monday through Thursday. Orders received and paid on a Friday will be shipped the following business day. Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an address which has been provided incorrectly. There will be an additional delivery charge for parcels redirected to any address other than the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure that someone is able to sign for your parcel. After three (3) delivery attempts by our courier, your parcel will be returned to us and your order refunded.
We are unable to offer a nominated delivery date for delivery and will not hold orders in our warehouse.
We are happy to ship to homes and businesses, but we are no longer able to ship to hotels. We are also unable to ship to post boxes. Please ensure you provide a residential or business address for delivery as our courier will not deliver to a PO box.
If you have not received their parcel within the time frames below, please contact us. Please note that our delivery times to Europe have increased due to Brexit. Our courier is working hard to get parcels delivered as quickly as possible.
UK customers - three business days from date of dispatch
EU customers - up to fourteen business days from date of dispatch
NON-EU customers - up to twenty-five business days from date of dispatch
International shipping prices (excluding VAT).
Orders will be shipped via DPD or UPS. If you have a preference, please let us know. Before receiving your order, you will be contacted by the courier for collection of any taxes, duties, or fees. Once this has been paid, your order will be delivered to you.
These prices cover parcels weighing up to 25kg to the countries we are able to ship to. This does not include a £4.20 customs clearance fee (unless otherwise noted) or any taxes, duties or fees due upon arrival.

All import duties, tariffs, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Gracefruit Limited will not accept responsibility for any import duties, tariffs, taxes, and/or fees. Buyers refusing to pay import duties, taxes, and/or fees will be charged return shipping upon return of their order.
