Payments

We use Paypal's industry-leading secure system to process payments. You don't need a Paypal account to pay this way. The system works just like any other merchant payment system. Simply enter your credit card details and submit your payment. We also accept bank transfers. If you wish to pay by card via telephone, please ring us on 01324 841353 during our office hours.

To pay by bank transfer, please transfer your payment in GBP ONLY to the following account:

Bank Name: Cooperative Bank
Bank Account Number: 68110233
Sort Code: 08-92-50
BIC: CPBKGB22
IBAN: GB20CPBK08925068110233

PLEASE NOTE: Payment must be made via bank transfer within 7 days of placing your order, else your order will be cancelled. You must include your order number with your payment. Please ensure your payment is made IN FULL and allows for any fees charged by your bank. Bank transfers received without an order number or in the wrong amount may be refused and returned to the sender. Orders paid by bank transfer will take an additional 24 hours to dispatch. The option to pay by bank transfer may be unavailable during holidays and certain promotions.

Order Processing

Orders must be placed through our website at www.gracefruit.com. We also accept payments by telephone and bulk orders by email. We strive to ship orders within one business day of receipt, but during busy times it may take longer. Please see our Delivery Information page for up-to-date shipping and turnaround times.

Once received, orders cannot be amended. We are unable to add items to paid orders.

There is a minimum order amount of £25 (including VAT).

Backorders

While we try to maintain a constant stock of all of our items, we do sometimes run out. We will make every effort to update the site immediately to reflect this, but occasionally, orders do slip through. If this should happen, we will simply delete the out-of-stock item from your order, refund the purchase price of the item, and process your order as normal. We will also notify you by email.

Returns & Cancellations

We are unable to accept returns on fragrance or flavour oil. Goods other than fragrance or flavour oils may be returned if they are deemed unsatisfactory by the customer. We will accept returns of unused products within fourteen days of purchase. To return a product, please contact us via email for instructions on how to handle the return. Do NOT send any items back to us without prior arrangement. Your statutory rights are not affected.

In the unlikely event you receive an incomplete, damaged or incorrect order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. In the event of damage, you must retain all packaging. We will ask for photos in order to submit a claim to our carrier.

Cancellation must be made within fourteen days of ordering. Refunds for cancelled orders will be provided within 30 days of cancellation. Return postage for any cancelled or refused order is the responsibility of the buyer.

Pricing

While we strive to maintain the lowest possible prices at all times, it occasionally becomes necessary for us to raise our prices based on the rising prices of our raw materials. We reserve the right to do this without notice. Our prices are displayed both with VAT of 20% and without VAT.
